The Talbiyah (Arabic: تلبية) is a prayer repeatedly recited by all pilgrims during Hajj or Umrah. As soon a pilgrim makes a Niyyah (Arabic: نِيَّةٌ) and gets into the state of Ihram, the Talbiyah is recited frequently throughout the pilgrimage.
The Sunnah method of reciting the Talbiyah is as below:
The prophet Muhammad (PBUH) used to recite the Talbiyah prayer with four brief pauses during the prayer.
Talbiyah (in Arabic):
لَبَّيْكَ اللهُمَّ لَبَّيْكَ – لَبَّيْكَ لَا شَرِيْكَ لَكَ لَبَّيْكَ – إِنَّ الْحَمْدَ وَالنِّعْمَةَ لَكَ وَالْمُلْكَ – لَا شَرِيْكَ لَكَ
Talbiyah (in English):
Labbayk allāhumma labbayk(a), labbayka lā sharīka laka labbayk(a), inna l-ḥamda wa n-ni’mata, laka wa l-mulk(a), lā sharīka lak

Talbiyah can be divided into six parts as below to understand the meaning in English
'Labbayka Allahumma labbayk' (Here I am, O Allah! Here I am)
'Labbayka la shareeka laka labbayk' (Here I am, You have no partner, here I am)
'Innal-hamda' (Verily, all praise and thanks belong to You)
'Wan-ni`mata' (Verily, all blessings belong to You)
'Laka wal-Mulk' (Verily, all sovereignty belongs to You)
'La shareeka lak' (You have no partner)
'Labbayka Allahumma labbayk' (Here I am, O Allah! Here I am)
